St Louis Care comprises four distinct business units that deliver a variety of services to the South Australian community. **St Louis Homes**: NDIS approved provider for younger onset dementia. **St Louis Home Care**:approved home care, and private care provider. **St Louis Nursing Home**:boutique residential care provider. **St Louis Allied Health**:FIFO Allied Health Provider servicing remote South Australia.

We are looking for experienced and passionate NDIS Support Workers interested in joining the team at St Louis Homes in Parkside. In this client-focused and premium care environment, you would work under the guidance of our Dementia Care Specialists, supporting clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A person-centered approach to support people in their daily living
- Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours, will be an advantage
- Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts.

**Essentials**:

- Current influenza vaccination is a requirement.
- National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
