**Your new company**

This organisation is a national manufacturing service. Operating from Boronia, they are currently seeking Data Entry personnel to join their Team in a full-time capacity, on a temporary basis, an immediate start is available.

**Your new role**

To achieve the company mission of double-digit growth through outstanding service in every dealing with internal and external customers, you will be responsible for high-level attention to detail when managing data entry tasks for orders, purchase orders and invoices. Other responsibilities will include:

- Process orders into Microsoft Dynamics AX, and maintain order tracking and Portal Maintenance.
- Enter and update relevant information into the CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX, keeping records up to date and forwarding information to the appropriate channels.
- Report all service requirements to the relevant channels in a timely and efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction.
- Enter order information, and PO numbers to generate invoicing.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, proven work ethic and preferably experience in administration or data entry.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and prioritise in terms of importance or urgency with a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- The ability to relate well to people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Seeking to assist colleagues in achieving their objectives, team objectives and those of the company as a whole.
- A demonstrated example for the other members in the company, both in terms of personal conduct and professional attitude.
