- 3 days per week on-site in Wollongong/Menangle Park + 2 days WFH
- Hourly rate dependent on exp - $45 - $70/hour + super

**The Company**

A privately owned and progressive expert environment and town planning consultancy delivering a holistic and progressive approach to planning and environmental assessment. Fully remote and on-site client work.

**The Role**

This is a true opportunity to make the role your own Main duties will include speaking and negotiating with landowners, and assisting with draft land access agreement. Other duties will be given as suited to your experience.

Part-Time 3 days per week, or full-time will be considered. This will be an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend or potential to go perm.
- 2+ years experience either in community engagement OR a town planner with good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with a variety of people
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
