We are currently looking for a Bar Manager / Supervisor to join our team.

Applicants must be self-motivated and have a can-do attitude. The Royal Hotel Sutherland is part of a small family owned and operated group of hotels.

This position may suit an experienced Bar Attendant who is ready to take the next step in to management or someone with supervisory /management experience looking for a change to join our vibrant team of industry professionals. Previous bar experience is absolutely essential.
- Minimum 2 years bar and restaurant service experience
- Hands on management style
- The ability to work as a team player
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Good knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
- RSG/RCA & ARCG Certificates
- Security management experience
- Good work ethics
- A Can-Do attitude
- Well groomed
- Personality plus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task at a fast and efficient pace
- Team player attitude with a positive and motivated personality
