**About the role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paid Search Manager, to join our Digital Marketing team and report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Working closely with Merchandise, wider Marketing Team, Analytics and the wider Customer Experience team, the Paid Search Manager will be planning and implementing paid search and supplier-funded initiatives to drive quality traffic, sales and margin growth.

Working alongside our external agencies you will analyse paid search performance, identifying underperforming areas and devising rectifying strategies to maximise ROAS. Some of your task will include:

- Manage the annual operational budget.
- Establish effective measurement, tracking and reporting processes to accurately manage monthly budgets, ensuring delivery against forecast
- Support the Senior Manger Digital Marketing to deliver roadmaps for SEM on the basis of ongoing business review sessions with the agency, business priorities, T&L and optimisation
- Research and evaluate changing traffic trends and identify optimisation opportunities
- Keep abreast of industry standards and competitor SEM activity

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:
We’re keen to speak you if you have extensive experience in digital marketing and you have partnered with agencies and other 3rd parties. You will also have experience;
- 6+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing, media agency or eCommerce
- Strong influencing ability across many areas of the business
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Worked on website maintenance projects and/or managed online range/content development
- Strong understanding of SEM execution and optimisation, test and learn methodologies, and website analytics
- The ability to lead and develop team members.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise against deadlines
