We are looking for a part-time (3 days per week) **People & Culture Officer **whose primary focus is ensuring the delivery of timely and high-quality people-related activities.

Your role will mainly comprise of:

- Report on and maintain confidential employee documents/ training files and ensure compliance including expiry dates.
- Monitor, implement, and report on the training calendar.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job ads, contract/document formulation, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- **Policy and Regulatory Support**: Stay updated on P&C regulations, support policy development, and provide first-level interpretation of legislation.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Support P&C initiatives, manage the P&C Manager's calendar, and assist with events and reception duties.

**Eligibility**:

- Completion of tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting or administering human resource activities across the employment lifecycle.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children's Check.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a not-for-profit organisation highly desirable.
- AHRI accreditation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 per week
