- Full or part-time (0.6 - 1.0FTE), continuing position
- Starting Salary: $100,322 (Level A), $112,892 (Level B) per annum plus 17% superannuation
**About the Role**
You will be responsible for the development, delivery, and coordination of courses within the Academic Unit’s postgraduate Master of Psychology (Clinical) program and undergraduate Psychology programs. You will teach to areas related to child psychological assessment and related psychopathological interventions, as well as provide board-approved (Psychology Board of Australia, Ahpra) supervision of provisional psychologists.
This role will be offered as either a Teaching Academic or Teaching Research Academic.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop, coordinate and deliver courses, ensuring they meet Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and industry needs
- Develop innovative teaching methods to support student learning and engagement
- Undertake course coordination duties
- Establish a coherent program of research or contribute to scholarly activity, resulting in publications or non-traditional research outcomes
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia with endorsement in clinical psychology area of practice
- Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia as an approved supervisor of provisional psychologists undertaking the higher degree pathway
- Demonstrated experience in child psychological assessment and related psychopathological interventions
- Post graduate qualification (Level A) or PhD (Level B) and eligibility for full membership of the APS
- Demonstrated aptitude for high quality teaching outcomes with commitment to continuous improvement of teaching practice and learning outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to develop training and/or course materials and scholarly publications, as well as the ability to deliver presentations at seminars/conferences
