- Part time (0.8 to 0.9FTE), fixed term contract until 31 December 2027
- Commencement Salary: $80,099 pro rata per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for undertaking research-related support activities for the NHMRC Grant project titled ‘Predicting delirium vulnerability from pre-surgery neurophysiological measures’. This will involve providing administrative support across a range of tasks, liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, and collecting data all while maintaining diligence and attention to detail.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Undertake logístical elements of the project, including participant recruitment and scheduling, and liaising and meeting with Consumer Representatives
- Collect psychophysiological, psychological, functional and mood data from older adults under limited supervision
- Undertake administrative duties including taking meeting minutes, developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining a project risk register, and being involved in data entry and database management
- Under direction, provide training to students and study investigators on the collection of high-quality data

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Psychology or Allied Health area relevant to the research
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills together with resourcefulness and initiative to manage multiple priorities and demands in the context of research
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences in the context of running a research project under supervision, including research participants, clinical scientists, and consumer advocates
- Experience in submitting and reporting to an Ethics Committee
- Experience with data entry and database management, and the ability to collect psychological or psychophysiological data
