- Part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term contract until 30 January 2027 based in Based in Justice & Society at the Magill campus
- Salary range: $112,892 - $133,388 pro rata per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
**About You**
You are a proactive and collaborative researcher with a PhD in Psychology and Good Clinical Practice training. You communicate research effectively, secure funding, and lead industry partnerships. With expertise in nutrition, sleep deprivation and chronobiology studies, you design and analyse complex data. You bring integrity, adaptability, and innovation to every project.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Research Professor, you will be responsible for undertaking research related activities associated with the project titled “Fine Tuned Biometric Models for Warfighters in Austere Settings”, funded by the Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG).

**To Be Successful You Will Need**
- A PhD qualification in Psychology or related field with Good Clinical Practice training
- Demonstrated relevant experience of writing up research findings for a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated publication track record of sleep, nutrition, chronobiologic and cognitive performance outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in the use of qualitative methods including interviews and focus groups
