**Introduction**:
Join a team that prioritises people and encourages skill development, delivering outstanding service to community members.
An opportunity for a rewarding career or a flexible job alongside studies or family commitments.
Meaningful work where you can make a difference, offering a valuable service in our community
About the role
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in the community who may be frail, aged, or have a disability? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Home Support Worker as part of our dedicated team at CRCS.
**Description**:
As a Home Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and social support to our clients. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with personal care to running errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. By offering these services, you will empower our program participants to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
We welcome individuals with diverse skills, including cooking expertise, as preparing meals will be part of the job. If you already hold a Certificate III, that's a plus, but if not, don't worry—there's an opportunity for you to gain a qualification while working with us.
At CRCS, we prioritise our people and are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. As a team member, you will be encouraged to enhance your skills and provide exceptional service to our clients in the community. This position can be a stepping stone to a new and rewarding career or a wonderful job that complements your studies or family commitments.
As you will be visiting clients in their homes, a car will be essential. In return, you will receive an attractive car allowance. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to bring joy and freedom to those who might otherwise feel lonely or isolated.
If you're unsure whether this role suits you, reach out to Natasha, and she'll gladly answer any questions you may have. Don't hesitate to apply, as we have multiple positions available and are actively expanding our casual team. If you possess kindness, dedication, and a desire to improve the lives of others, we'd love to meet you
Please note that some lifting and bending may be required for Domestic Assistance tasks. Additionally, a valid driver's license and access to a roadworthy, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle are essential for fulfilling work-related requirements. While experience in gardening, home maintenance, or working towards a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) would be fantastic, it's not a mandatory requirement. Your passion and commitment are what matter most to us.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**CRCS also requires all employees to**:
