**Kitchen Steward | Melbourne Airport Lounge**
- Casual position, Kitchen Steward Required for busy Airport Lounge_

With a focus on fresh food, exceptional service, and exceptional customer experiences, we offer great value to our clients.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our teams at Melbourne Airport.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Washing dishes, glasses, and cutlery
- Stocking crockery and glasses on shelves and FOH buffet
- Disposing of trash
- Sanitizing and Cleaning on dishwashing areas include walls
- Maintaining BOH equipment
- Cleaning the BOH Floor and fridges
- Help floor cleaning when Supervisor needed

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Experience working under pressure in a similar position
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements
- Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience within kitchen production
