Working closely with key stakeholders within and outside the organisation, this role will coordinate the recruitment, learning and development, ongoing support and career counselling for apprentices and trainees.

The position is responsible for improving and expanding apprenticeship and traineeship programs to develop and maintain education and career pathway opportunities in both clinical and non-clinical areas across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).

The role is responsible for external relationships with education providers and government agencies to ensure the program is effective, compliant and industry-leading.
