**The Position**

Are you a hospitality rockstar ready to lead our crew as the Front of House (FOH) Manager? This isn't just any job—it's a hands-on, customer-centric adventure where you'll be engaging with Defence personnel every day. You'll be at the helm of the FOH team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and by the book, from company standards to legislative requirements. Our team is tight-knit, dedicated, and always ready for action.

**Key Duties**
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and an undying passion for quality
- Tackle performance-related issues head-on
- Keep the catering contract running like a well-oiled machine
- Lead the charge for service excellence and continuous improvement
- Nurture strong client relationships with top-notch service
- Drive compliance with rigorous safety and quality audits
- Handle daily admin tasks with ninja-like precision
- Partner with the site Operations Manager to maintain rock-solid customer relationships

- Unwavering leadership skills
- Self-driven with the superpower to work unsupervised and support the team when needed
- Management experience, including rostering, budgets, and business management
- The brainpower to solve complex problems
- Experience working functions like a pro
- A laser focus on Work Health and Safety and mastery of Food Hygiene practices
- An expert in food safety and infection control principles
- Stellar organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- The ability to train others with flair
- Administrative skills that would make a spreadsheet blush
