- I'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a **ServiceNow Specialist.**

**This is an initial 6 month contract with 2 x 6 month extensions.**

Our looking to enhance their ITSM capabilities and are looking to implement a new Service Management Platform using Service Now.
- **You will have the following experience**:

- Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
- An understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
- Operational experience in at least 2 Service Management disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office products
- At least 2 years’ experience using and/or implementing Service Now

**You will ideally have**:

- Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model
- Demonstrated experience in developing requirements, procedures and processes in IT Service Management
- Technical knowledge of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
- Be an Australian citizen
- Have a minimum baseline clearance **or** **the ability to obtain a clearance
