**Your Opportunity**
We are seeking a **ServiceNow Functional Specialist**with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and optimising ServiceNow modules across Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about enabling digital risk and resilience through the Now Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications for IRM, TPRM, BCM, and SPM modules.
- Support the implementation of CPS230-aligned controls and reporting using ServiceNow IRM.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with procurement, contract, and risk workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Monitor platform performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**How are you Extraordinary?**
- You have experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
- You are familiar with public sector governance and funding structures.
- You have exposure to GenAI-powered accelerators or automation tools within ServiceNow.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow functional consulting or business analysis roles.
- Proven experience with at least two of the following modules: IRM, TPRM, BCM, SPM.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, forms, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-GRC, CIS-SPM) are highly desirable.
