**Your day to day**
InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is looking for casual Stewards who are hands on and who know what it takes to support a busy Food & Beverage operation.

Reporting to the Stewarding Supervisor, you will support the Food and Beverage operation of the Resort by;
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises, whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices.
- Cleaning and sanitising of all kitchen areas, rubbish removal, cardboard recycling, dish wash operation, manual pot washing and cleaning.
- Working independently, and as part of a cohesive team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are maintained.

**What we need from you**
This position would suit a person who is looking for an entry level role into the hospitality industry and has a drive for excelling in their chosen career. The growth opportunities for the right person are endless.

We are looking for a confident person who is motivated, has a high attention to detail and is deadline driven. You will have some experience in a kitchen environment and take a real sense of pride in your ability to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen. You must be available to work irregular shifts across a rotating seven day roster including overnights, holidays and weekends and be physically fit to lift heavy items.

In addition, you must hold the appropriate work rights to work in Australia.
