We are seeking an experienced Receptionist or **Front Office Coordinator** to join our team on a **full-time basis**.

**Heart of the role**:

- Being responsible for the front desk including all administration duties
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments
- Checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Answering phone enquiries, appointment booking & recall management
- Administration & maintenance of the patient database
- Processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
- Reporting as necessary on practice activities

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience as a Front Office Coordinator at a Dental Practice is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- A great attitude towards teamwork
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- A willingness to learn & develop
