**Key requirements of the role**:

- A front-of-mind safety at all times
- Experience with heavy industrial machinery
- Providing support to the team of tradespeople, trade assistants and apprentices
- Guiding the team to ensure timeframes are met.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous leadership training and experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical/ assembly works
- Proven ability to work safely
- Current C Class Drivers' Licence (HR Drivers Licence desirable)
- Forklift Licence
- Ability to work as part of a team with positive communication skills.
