Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Foreperson to join our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team of tradespeople, trade assistants, and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the assembly process, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience and training.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical/assembly works.
  • Proven ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Current C Class Drivers' Licence (HR Drivers Licence desirable).
  • Forklift Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
