**About the role**:
Our Corridor Maintenance Outer North team currently have a permanent vacancy for a Facilities Maintainer. Whilst your home station base is Sunshine (Geebung), you will start and finish work at Narangba Station and work as part of a team to conduct corridor vegetation control and grounds maintenance and various station precincts, rail corridor and other QR owned sites throughout the network.

**Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Be present for daily briefings including important safety information
- Use of a work tablets to review and complete work orders
- Complete mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, and various other vegetation control management, graffiti removal, litter removal, pressure cleaning, etc
- Travel between sites throughout the network

**About you**:

- Previous experience of conducting vegetation control including the use of whipper-snippers, mowers (preferably zero turn) and other grounds maintenance & small plant & equipment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- MR licence highly regarded
