As our organisation grows, we are looking for someone to lead enhancement streams driving our ERP projects for the global business in conjunction with supporting users. This will involve business analysis, training, installing, configuring, and owning the ERP support function of Coates Group. This role is also key in driving new data analytics and BI capabilities in the organisation.

**Individual Accountabilities**:

- Providing technical support for Coates Groups SQL environment and IT Infrastructure
- Designing new ERP components to meet specific business needs and being responsible for successful implementation
- Identifying solutions and targets for ERP usage across multiple global offices + Assessing the reporting and data requirements of the business users and translating to technical specifications
- Recognising topics for process improvement and owning the development of associated training materials
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and meetings to drive outcomes with business and set accountabilities
- Owning ERP business uplift and communicating with clients to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction with results
- Proactively identify and implement system or procedural enhancements to ensure the company is maximizing the ERP systems capabilities
- Advising and owning the implementation of system changes for ERP master data management and data integrity

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience working with data and financial reporting from the technical perspective
- Process improvement and related project management experience
- Proven problem-solving skills and technical project experience
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage conflicting priorities
- Extensive experience with ERP systems in development, support, or retail environment
- Experience with API integrations, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools
- ITIL certification (advantageous) + Experience in providing software support to non-technical users is highly desired
- Experience working directly with Finance and Supply Chain Management teams to implement ERP updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Shared Accountabilities**:

- Create an environment of technical excellence within the ERP domain, across engineering, design, architecture, project management, and operations
- Develop and manage operational efficiencies program and ensure the success of the operations teams and that the system is configured to drive endorsed behavior
- Mapping key financial processes, including half/year-end external reporting, month-end close & those related to supply chain management - to establish processes standardization and continuous improvement framework
- Own the group user ERP metrics and ensure defined SLAs are met and supported by high-quality support documentation
