We provide an unrivalled choice of colour and innovative quality products for any project. This Full-time role is based in our Fitzroy, VIC store and will see you working 5 days per week (including every 2nd Saturday). This autonomous role will report into the Showroom Manager and be responsible for growing sales through offering a tailored boutique experience and expert advice. Additional accountabilities include stock control, tinting of paints, general housekeeping and cash reconciliations. **What you will bring and develop** To be successful at Porter’s you will understand the importance of colour in design and have a natural flair for creativity. You will have a passion for developing your career within technical sales and be motivated by providing exceptional customer service. Ideally you can demonstrate: - Colour and design experience ideally within the painting or interior design industries - Proven track record in retail sales and exceeding customer’s expectations - Availability to alternate Saturdays - Willingness and physicality to manually handle paint **Our Place** Porter’s Paints is an industry leader in premium paints & finishes and luxury wallpaper.
