**About Us**
At **Get Readii Group**, we are a registered NDIS provider delivering essential support services across Brisbane. These include daily living assistance, community access, capacity building, psychosocial recovery coaching, support coordination, SIL, STA, and more. We have a strong focus on mental health and psychosocial disabilities—so while mental health experience is desirable, it’s not essential.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Blue Card and Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)
- National Police Check
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and your own vehicle
- Certificate III or higher in relevant field
- First Aid and CPR certification

Experience working with individuals with developmental or psychosocial disabilities is highly regarded (2+ years preferred).

**Schedule**:

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III - IV (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities (preferred)

**Essential Certifications**:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

**Work Location**

This is a mobile role, supporting participants through community access across various Brisbane locations.
