**Primary Purpose of Role**:
Are you adaptable, flexible, and ready to take on a dynamic role? BGIS is looking for a Site Attendant/Handyperson to ensure our venue is set up and maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for setting up musical and support equipment, performing minor repairs, and maintaining compliance with our business systems and OHS&E policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up musical and support equipment for site use.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance as directed.
- Ensure compliance with BGIS business systems and OHS&E policies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
- Ability to create safe work method statements.
- Quick response to change with a flexible approach.
- Customer liaison in a diverse environment.
- Ability to follow instructions under pressure.
- Experience in team and independent work environments.
- Willingness to train in Audio Visual Equipment operation.
- Working with Children Check

**Desirable**:

- Experience in building facilities management.
- Skills in plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Familiarity with building services operation.
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Additional Qualifications (Desirable)**:

- Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental legislation.
- EWP Ticket
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Current First Aid Certificate
