**Our Hotel**

The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney is a Heritage Listed, 364 room, five-star classic hotel located between Sydney's best shopping and the Sydney Opera House.

**The Role**

Our team of Kitchen Stewards are responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our Kitchens and Loading Dock, whilst also ensuring that the Kitchens and Food & Beverage outlets are appropriately stocked with clean cutlery, crockery and equipment. Please note, our Kitchen Stewards are not responsible for any food preparation.

**About You**
- **Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment is desirable (but not essential)**
- **Have the capacity to perform in a physical role including standing for long periods of time, lifting, pulling and pushing up to 15kg**
- **Follow and adhere to all hygiene and Workplace Health & Safety requirements**
- **An eye for detail with a great Yes I Can attitude**

**Full-time/ part-time rates**:
**Monday - Friday: $21.97**

**Saturday: $27.46**

**Sunday: $32.96**

**Casual rates**:
**Monday - Friday: $27.46**

**Saturday: $32.96**

**Sunday: $38.45
