**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community outings.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of client progress and activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role is advantageous.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation (car) for commuting to clients' locations.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
