Working with us at People First Bank as a **Member Relationship Consultant**, you will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members
- to understand their financial position, goals and aspirations, and help align our products and services to their needs. You will specialise in personal loans, credit cards and insurance, in this bustling seaside location

About the role

You will work with our members to encourage them to embrace technology and support them in an increasingly digital future.

You will be empowered to:

- Manage the end
- Help our members by being a 'guru' on products and services
- Make it easy for our members to bank with us
- Refer members onto our home loan specialists or financial planners
- Empower our members to use our digital services
- Display second to none service that is timely and accurate

This position will be offered on a **permanent part-time**basis, offering 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am
- 4:30pm. You will also be required to support our branches on a Saturday morning, on a rotational basis. You will be provided with comprehensive training to support you to succeed in this role

**About You**

Previous experience in banking and lending is desired, but not essential to be successful in this position.
