**About the role at Fitness and Lifestyle Group**

**Member Support Consultants** (MSC's) at our **Mooroolbark** club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving **Goodlife Health Club** membership base. MSC's are the first people to interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us - they are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role of an MSC is highly varied and has two clear goals - achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through the provision of “best-in-class" customer service. MCS's are experts in all things **Goodlife**: They can seamlessly swap between sales and lead generation; Providing exceptional service and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk and; Proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

You will need to have a current First Aid and CPR certificate to be eligible for this role.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- Pipeline Management - Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals

- Verbal communication - Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems

**Salary**: $50,166.30 - $65,162.80 per year
