A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
Qualifications

About you:

  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
  • You must be able to work weeknight and weekend Grave Shifts
  • You hold current industry RSA, RCG module 1 and Gaming Licence qualifications as a minimum
  • You'll have experience in Gaming Environments, Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Great customer Service, Punctual, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
