**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory.
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance store appearance.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience, preferably in retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for sustainability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle some lifting.
