Achievement of Store Retail Goals

  • Achieve individual targets and goals according to company benchmarks
  • Achieve 100% customer satisfaction
  • Follow all brands' action plans
  • Implement all store strategy programs – promotions and events

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stock is adequate and rotated with incoming stock
  • keeping displays dusted and cleaned and testers cleaned
  • Sampling- using effectively and recording customer details for follow-up
  • Take ownership for own results and review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Check communication daily
  • Ensure any customer complaints are handled in a professional manner and turned into an opportunity
  • Keep accurate and up to date daily sales analysis at the end of each shift
  • Ensure hygiene practice is adhered to
  • Adhere to break rules and guidelines as discussed with your Store Manager
  • Maintain positive and constructive relationship with other team members
  • Opening and closing of cash register and maintaining balanced record sales each day
  • Attend all training required
  • Accept personal responsibility to invest time in keeping up with all product knowledge
  • Be punctual at each shift
  • Flexible with shifts
