As Manager, Governance and Corporate Reporting you will manage and provide guidance to the team working collaboratively across a number of governance functions including secretariat support, budget submissions and corporate reporting.

The role will oversee the coordination, quality assurance and executive management of Board and Steering Committee meetings; the coordination of business cases for budget submissions; assist in the preparation of reports, memorandums and briefs; and project management tasks as required.

**Are you**:

- Someone with a strong background leading effective stakeholder relations and business processes, with solid change management experience.
- Adaptable in managing a varied workload with competing priorities and have strong attention to detail to ensure quality and timely outputs?
- A person with extensive leadership experience and experience in project coordination or governance and corporate reporting?

**Accountabilities**
- Strategically design and develop the delivery of departmental objectives that impact significant localised service delivery and meet Statewide departmental and government objectives and community expectations.
- Effectively manage and provide leadership to a team of employees by
- leading and supporting individuals to achieve their potential and contribution to organisational goals and outcomes
- Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present a range of executive and corporate support activities such as the preparation and/or coordination of meeting papers, briefings, correspondence, interdepartmental and/or departmental stakeholder responses and Ministerial requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Lead and manage improvement opportunities and work collaboratively in the development of continuous improvement systems and processes
