At Micra Eastern Shore in Mornington, our close-knit team of 12 thrives in a friendly, collaborative environment. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality small to medium collision repairs for our valued customers.

Our modern, mid-sized workshop is clean, well-equipped, and features a Car-O-Liner system, floor racks, and two spray booths. The team enjoys regular BBQs, birthday celebrations, and convenient off-street parking in an easily accessible location.

**The Opportunity**:
We're currently seeking a **Part-Time Customer Service Officer** to join our team at Micra Eastern Shore.

**Work Schedule: 2 days per week**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming experience for customers
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and estimated completion
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-service
- Assist with inventory (parts, paint, consumables)
- Coordinate with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

**About You**:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
- Strong computer skills and systems knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to meet deadlines and work well in a team environment
