The Defence ERP Program requires a Technical Design and Build Lead with experience translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable ICT technical solutions especially in large, complex organisations. The resource must have experience in the implementation of enterprise scale ICT systems with a Commonwealth environment and have demonstrated knowledge and experience of Australian Defence technical infrastructure elements, including of the Defence ERP Program's drivers and requirements.

You will work within the Solution Delivery Leadership team environment and be responsive to various Solution Leadership direction. The resource will have a depth architectural knowledge including the resolution of complex design and architectural issues and SAP Configuration and Build experience to support Tranche 1 and Tranche 3 activities with a particular focus on balancing the quality of proposed functional solutions with ERP design principles, service quality, and systems management considerations.

As the Technical Design and Build Lead will support the Director Design Technical Architect in assurance and driving aspects of the Tranche 1B, Tranche 2 and Tranche 3 Commonwealth related the build and technical design environment enabling the Solution Delivery Lead to be successful in the delivery assurance of the ERP agreed solution scope; ensuring strategic alignment to Defence transformation objectives. The Technical Design and Build Lead will be responsible to support and ensure all build and technical design aspects of the ERP solution are delivered within quality, schedule and budget requirements.

**Key Responsibilities for the Role**:
The Technical Design and Build Lead must have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- 10+ years of demonstrated complex SAP technical solution and Build experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6 Modules, Cloud base services.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of existing Defence ERP production system landscape.
- University degree and/or 10+ years' experience including ICT and relevant business domain experience.
