Sesame Lane are a family owned and operated group of Early Learning Services that have been proudly supporting the Moreton Bay Community for over 31 years. We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about early education and share our vision for learning.

We have positions available for Lead Educators, Educators and Trainees. We believe in finding the right person first and then we can discuss the best role for you.

**Your skills and qualifications should include**:

- A Growth Mindset,

- Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
- Suitable qualifications for the role,
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
- Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.
- An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg StoryPark).
- Passion for implementing sustainable practices.

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
