**Communications Manager**

**About Us**:
State of Escape is an Australian luxury brand, showcasing handcrafted accessories focusing on functionality and timelessness. Since our establishment in 2013, the brand has grown, reaching international audiences. We are currently seeking a Communications Manager with a background in fashion or retail to oversee the Marketing and Communications Strategy globally.

**Your New Role**:
As an experienced Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to execute the marketing programs from start to finish and position the brand to lead and support our continuous growth. We're looking for a dedicated team player, who is open to new ideas and has experience leading and managing a team to deliver brand aligned campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop long-term strategy with an executable Marketing plan and calendar to achieve business goals and brand objectives.
- Leading and empowering the team to ensure strategic priorities can be met and are in line with company values.
- Oversee and support creative campaign ideas for all launches as well as brand initiatives to be rolled out across all communication channels including social, digital marketing and PR.
- Support the development of the content plan and calendar in collaboration with the Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager to achieve key company goals set out in the Communications strategy.

**About you**:

- Degree in communications, journalism, public relations or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong demonstration in knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities to motivate and guide the team to success.
