**The Role**:
Currently seeking a Valuations Manager to join the team focused on the valuation process for all assets under management and provide knowledge to assist in the analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

The wider valuations team coordinates the valuation of all properties owned and managed by our client. The team provides management, forecasting, advisory and benchmarking services across all levels of property and group reporting.

**Key Skills**:

- Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the Commercial market.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in a property firm, preferably within a valuation role.
- Knowledge of commercial market including mixed use, developments, and other unique asset types.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic.
