**Cranbrook Care are looking for a casual weekend Receptionist/Administrator to join the team at our multi award winning architecturally designed aged care residence, Lansdowne Gardens, in Neutral Bay (Sydney lower North Shore).**
Lansdowne Gardens, with the luxury and warmth of a stately home overlooking Sydney Harbour, sets a new standard in residential aged care. It is an Extra Service facility and thereby provides additional ‘hotel’ type services or lifestyle extras, including higher standards of accommodation and increased activities, entertainment and food choices.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
An exciting opportunity exists for a caring and team-orientated Receptionist/ Administrator to join the team to be the friendly face of our residence and provide administrative support to all areas of the residence. You will recognise that no two days are the same in aged care.
We have 2 shifts available on Saturday and Sunday. You will be working on our reception desk over the weekend welcoming visitors into our residence and ensuring that entry and infection contraol processes are followed. You will also assist with administration tasks including the preparation of timesheets for payroll, accounts payable and receivable, rostering support and general office duties.
Suitable for university student completing HR or other business course, or other people interested in working **Sunday 9:30am - 2:00pm on Saturday and10:00am - 2:00pm Sunday.**
In this hands-on role you will develop a deep and broad knowledge and understanding of our residents, enabling you to deliver exceptional client services that are responsive, inclusive and sensitive to diverse our resident needs.
You will be supported by the Director of Care and a team of expert partners from the Cranbrook Care family.

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications**:
- A professional and personable telephone manner
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Strong verbal, written and Microsoft office skills
- Some experience in accounts and rostering an advantage
- Excellent personal presentation and be outgoing and approachable
- Willing to learn and be flexible
- Able to work across a number of databases when trained
- Good multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Be vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (including Booster)
- Cert III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification/experience (desirable)
- Experience working in Aged Care/Community Care or in a retail or Hospitality environment (desirable)
