**Part-Time Receptionist**
**Location**: Kogarah Veterinary Hospital

Are you passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service? Kogarah Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a love for animals and a desire to contribute to a compassionate and efficient clinic environment.

**Position**: Part-Time Receptionist
**Hours**: 20 hours per week
**Location**: Kogarah Veterinary Hospital, Kogarah

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking system
- Process payments and manage the client billing system
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine love for animals and an understanding of their care needs
- Flexibility and reliability
