**About the Role**

We are looking for a very specific person; one who is highly driven, with great initiative and the potential to grow in to a successful standalone agent down the track. This 6 day a week role is to support the Property Consultants/Sales Partner at our Kew office. You'll be conducting open for inspections, liaising & negotiating with buyers, database management and assisting at opens & auctions among other duties.

**Who we're looking for**

Enthusiasm and potential? You will have this in truckloads From excellent administration skills with an eye for detail, immaculate presentation, impressive sales background, you will have a genuine hunger to be successful in all you do. This is a busy and varied role that requires a desire to work and collaborate in a very successful team and the drive to grow your career within real estate sales.

**What you'll need**
- Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car
- Fluent in English & Mandarin is essential
- Previous real estate experience is desirable
- An overwhelming desire to succeed within the demanding real estate sales area
