About You: We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience, ideally related to mineral exploration, mining or minerals testing, who understands the market and can build positive relationships with clients. Your experience will help build effective systems and processes, not simply adopt existing practice, so your ability to change, review, adapt and create will be valued and supported. You will act as a first line of communication for our clients' customers for technical support as well as the life cycle of processes for their customers and sales support.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience, ideally related to mineral exploration, mining or minerals testing, who understands the market and can build positive relationships with clients. Your experience will help build effective systems and processes, not simply adopt existing practice, so your ability to change, review, adapt and create will be valued and supported.
You will act as a first line of communication for our clients' customers for technical support as well as the life cycle of processes for their customers and sales support.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Preparation of client quotations, processing and proactively managing sales orders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Drive customer success; being responsive, professional and conscientious.
- Managing and reporting in CRM systems
- Assist with the coordination of events and conferences.
**Skills and Experience required**:
- Customer-centric approach and an ability to provide exceptional service through building relationships.
- Ability to engage with clients, ask the right questions and make judgements about the best advice and guidance to resolve issues.
- Experience of Customer Success within the following environments would be of benefit; mining, exploration, minerals processing, general mining equipment, geology or technical services supporting the resources sector.
- Qualification/s relevant to these environments highly regarded.
- Effective structuring and management of CRM systems.
- Demonstrable technical sales experience would be beneficial.
- A professional interest in mining and/or minerals exploration or analysis.
