**We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and committed teachers to join our close-knit school community. We have a full-time continuing position available in the Primary Years.**

Saint Mary’s Catholic College, Kingaroy attracts **additional financial and employment benefits** according to the **Remote Area Incentive Scheme (RAIS)**. Through the Remote Area Incentive Scheme, teachers embark upon an educational ministry of teaching in a rural school to make a positive impact in rural communities through committee and continuing service.

Additional allowances include a fortnightly ITAS payment (Isolated Teachers' Assistance Scheme) and annual Incentive Payment:

- Year one - $1,500 per annum
- Year two - $1,800 per annum
- Years three, four and five - $2,500 per annum Year six and subsequent years - $2,000 per annum.

**About the role** - **As a dynamic and innovative member of our school community, you will:
