**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Parts and Service Advisor to join the team in Hobart. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting both internal and external customers with a wide range of queries related to parts sales, orders, and deliveries, as well as service inquiries and compliance.

As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Aftermarket departments in Hobart meet the operational standards established by Komatsu and the Customer Support Charter (CSC). Your in-depth knowledge of automotive parts, coupled with exceptional customer service skills, will be instrumental in delivering top-notch solutions to our valued customers.

- Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)
