**About the role**:
We have an exciting new opening for a Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Manager within our Customer Lifecycle Management team, available as a 9-month fixed-term full-time contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager - Retention & Growth, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution for acquiring and onboarding known Coles Group customers.

**You’ll also**:

- Use data and insights, technology and creative to deliver the right message at the right time via the right channel.
- Create brilliant customer experiences to shift key acquisition and onboarding metrics and drive growth in customer lifetime value.
- Support the Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Manager in championing the needs of new and prospective customers, driving retention, growth, and loyalty across the business.

**What you bring**:
In this role, you will leverage your experience in Customer Lifecycle Management strategy and execution, focusing on both acquisition and retention.

You'll excel at project management, stakeholder management, communicating information clearly and influencing others with ease. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop actionable plans will be key to your success.

Additionally, you'll bring expertise in data driven marketing and analytics, working with large datasets and audiences.

**You’ll also need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Business/Commerce
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM/ Loyalty/ Direct Marketing/Digital Marketing and Data
- Highly developed Martech, data and analytics literacy
- People management experience, desirable
- Customer Segmentation and targeting
- Campaign planning and delivery.
