Southern Cross Care QLD have an exciting opportunity for You to join our Community Services Team on the Sunshine Coast as a Support Worker, assisting our Aged Care Clients who live in the community throughout the Sunshine Coast region, particularly around Noosa, Maroochydore and Caloundra areas.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our Client Coordinators to provide delivery of domestic assistance and/or personal support services to customers in the community setting in an individual, flexible, and customer focused manner, to enable them to be more independent at home and in the community.

**What you will bring to the role?**
- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for all roles)
- Exceptional people & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to manage your time effectively as you will be required to provide services to multiple clients a day.
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- Own reliable car to use for work with full comprehensive car insurance and current registration (documents showing currency required)
