Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to residents.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Aid residents with emotional and social needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance resident experiences.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (equivalent).
  • A current National Police Check.
  • A caring approach towards residents.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude.
