**We are looking for customer service focused superstar Trainer**

**If you have Retail or Health Care training experience this is the role for you.**
- The Clinic Coordinator Training Specialist is responsible for providing training and support for new and existing Clinic Coordinators as required, utilising various training methods and platforms such as face to face coaching, TEAMS, video and telephone conference and webinars to enhance the learning experience. They will support the development and operational effectiveness of Clinic Coordinators across their Division enabling a best-in-class client experience.-
- Accordingly, there will be a requirement to travel to clinics throughout the Division where and when required.**Responsibilities**:

- Provide initial and ongoing coaching and training of new employees to increase their knowledge and understanding of Retail operational processes, systems, and procedures.
- When in clinic, support clinic staff by responding to questions on operational processes, systems and procedures or advise of the appropriate support team for staff to escalate queries.
- Provide insights to the Divisional Sales and Operations Manager and National Training Coordinator regarding the progress of learning.
- Identify training gaps
- Participate in the train the trainer program to support the ongoing development and training of own skills
- Support administration processes at the clinic level and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage MyGovID set up as part of onboarding/offboarding for a new Clinic Coordinator

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Previous experience with in-house training in a customer service and administration/operations environment ideally within retail or health related industry
- Experience working with an older demographic, preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment highly desirable
- Computer skills - Excel and Systems
- Own transport
