RTO Administration and Enrolment Officer
**About Us**
HIVE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) # 22341. We successfully deliver government-funded and non-government-funded, nationally recognised qualifications. We offer qualifications from a Certificate III Level to an Advanced Diploma level, and Short Courses. We have been uniting our learners' career aspirations for over ten years.
We are seeking for a RTO Administration and Enrolment Officer who has passion for education, commitment to lifelong learning and want to be part of an amazing team environment, you are at the right spot
**Responsibilities include** (are not limited to):
- Conduct quality checks of the Learner data to maintain database architecture, data structures and nomenclatures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data.
- Develop, review, and maintain the Learner enrolments, commencements, and completion forecasts
- Assist the student services support team in Admissions booking, and liaising with the compliance team to ensure the correctness of information entered within the Student Management System (SMS)
- Conduct Pre-training review (PTR) assessment, including Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test of potential Learners to identify the suitability of the program and Skills First training eligibility.
- Conduct and Develop documentation of systems specifications, such as course offers, courses and Units, to be used by the relevant departments, using data and process modelling techniques
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for the leadership team and present them where required.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
Must have:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Strong understanding of the AQTF framework and RTO Standards
- Strong knowledge of ASQA, SVTS reporting and Skills First Funding requirements
- Previous experience in maintaining LLN Robot Courses
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office 365 skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent reporting skills
- A strong, professional work ethic, working with accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Current Police Check and WWCC
Preferred:
- Wisent experience preferred
- Experience in Skills First Funding Contract preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
