Reporting to the Store Manager, the role will assist in managing the daily store operations, manpower planning and arrangement.

**Responsibilities**:

- The store in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store
- Perform individual sales target as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target
- Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationship
- Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
- Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management
- Perform other duties as required Requirements
- Minimum 4 years+ of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level; preferably in luxury retail industry
- Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
- Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
- Proficient in computer literacy and Excellent command in English
