Scope Aust has 5 SIL homes across Bonnells Bay and Morisset and we are looking for dedicated casuals to pick up extra shifts to support with the increase of hours.
- We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work more than 20 hours a week to be successful._

**Your role**:

- Promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Follow positive behaviour support and client care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
- Encourage capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Person centered active support
- Provide personal care and manual handling/ use of hoists with dignity and respect.
- To be competent in your computer/ IT skills and report writing

**Some of our requirements**:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), active nights (10pm-6am).

**Please note**: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
